Edge Master 900 – cutting edge in-house sharpening equipment.

In the spring of 2016 we are finally launching our first sharpening product, based on development started in 2014. The equipment have been running long-term tests since end 2015, so that we feel comfortable not only with the functionality but also the reliability of our equipment.

The Edge Master 900 series enables the pelting centers to sharpen impellers when desired, which means this functionality can now be handled by the individual fur farms.
In addition, the quality of the sharpening made with Edge Master is markedly better than the examples we have been presented with from other suppliers.

Economic benefits as a breeder or pelting center!

The Edge Master team has developed a calculater that can provide a clear and quick overview of the economic benefits for each pelting center and hence ultimately for the individual breeder.

In which angels should the impellers be grinded?

This is a reoccurring discussion point when sharpening impellers, and it is also something very challenging to measure.
